Who we are
Discipulus is a Hawaiʻi nonprofit corporation connecting students with real-world experience. Questions: help@discipulus.io.
Information we collect
- Contact and profile forms: name, email, career interest, and anything you tell us about yourself.
- Student stories: first name, last initial, grade or role, area of interest, your words, your email (never published), an age bracket, and — for anyone under 18 — a parent or guardian email and consent.
- Partner enquiries: organization, contact name, email, and industry.
How student stories are handled
Stories are not published automatically. Each submission enters a moderation queue and is reviewed by our team before it may appear. If published, we show only your first name, last initial, and a short descriptor — no photos, no email address, no ratings. You may ask us to remove a published story at any time.
Minors
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide their email and consent before we review a submission. We do not knowingly publish content from anyone under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Parents and guardians may contact us to review or delete their child’s information.
How we use information
To operate the site, respond to you, make introductions, moderate and (if approved) publish stories, and improve our programs. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
Email help@discipulus.io to access, correct, or delete your information, or to withdraw consent.
